Good morning. This Motive Monday's topic is about the power of Visualization. A lot of famous and successful athletes, actors and TV personnel, such as Michael Jordan, Will Smith & Oprah Winfrey swear by the power of visualization. They claim it helped in their success in their field. Visualization is a powerful thing when used the right way.
So what is Visualization, you ask?
Visualization is a simple but powerful technique that involves you imagining an action to take place in your life, not just once though, over and over and over again. The more you imagine it with deep thought and certainty the stronger the waves of change begin to flow. The scientific truth behind this method is simple, what you think of the most, you will become. Even though you can not see it, human thoughts are a real thing and more and more you think about it, the more is slowly begins to materialize. Thought created the Universe and everything you see started with a thought.
