I know it’s been said before but it is vary important. The 4th simple technique to reducing that stomach fat, Belly Jelly I like to call it, is to De-Stress your life as much as possible. Over stressing brings a boat load of negative side affects, but we will only stick to the added weight gain for this topic. Stress in your life can be brought on by many different factors. So here are some ways to help you out.
Time Management If your constantly late or overwhelmed with a tun of tasks for the day, simply relax take a deep breath and make a list. Studies have shown people who plan their life out with a task list manage their time better, are healthier and thus more successful than the others who just wing it as they go.
Try doing Yoga
If you don’t have time to go the gym for a yoga class, buy a DVD or watch some instructional videos on YouTube that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Yoga is the perfect physical activity that can balance out the energy in your body, aid in proper blood flow and reduce stress.
A lot of stress can also be brought on by lack of knowledge and just straight ignorance towards a certain issue in your life. If you are stressed about money, try reading some books about money management, go to seminars about Financial Literacy or even speak to a Financial Advisor. If you are having relationship issues, or self-confidence issues read a book about it or attend social gatherings to get practice meeting people. My personal Favourite activity to do when I am in need of knowledge to improve my life is to listen to audio books on my favourite app, Audible. There you can find a deluge of books about a world of topics to listen to, to better improve the quality of your life.
