David Saint-Jacques 17th Canadian Astronaut
It was recently announced that David Saint-Jacques a Montreal Engineer, Astrophysicist & Medical Doctor will be the Next Canadian in Space. This will mark the 17th space flight for Canadian history. The mission will begin in late 2018. This news really inspired me to paint this portrait of David Saint-Jacques because it is important to me to stay up to date with our Canadian heritage.
