I hope you are having a wonderful day. Allow me to start your day right with another Health Tip Thursday blog. This is part 2 of 10 Tips to Live Longer and just in case you missed part 1 don't worry, you can visit it HERE. Ok so let's get started.
5) Laugh 20x per day
laughter boost your immunity and burns calories. Laughing with friends, watching funny youtube videos or movies can really add years to your life.
4) Go to Bed 1hour earlier
Try your best to work your schedule in a way witch allows you to go to bed 1 hour earlier. Studies show whenever you loose 1 hour of sleep due to a busy work load, it can increase your blood pressure by 37% and increase your risk of heart attack or stroke by 16%. It may be difficult to do but your body will thank you in the long run.
3) Have Great Sex!
Studies have shown that great sex on a regular basis, will keep you looking younger longer, thus making you live longer. I don't know about you but, this one is definitely number one on my list :)
2) Get around friends
Studies show that being a socially isolated individual is equivalent to having 7 cigarettes a day. This is vary scary. It is best to stay around friends that make you feel good, boost your energy and confidence. At least once a week get together with friends and just have fun. This will add years to your life.
1) Daily vitamin D
Adding vitamin D to your daily intake can increase bone density, saving you from osteoporosis in your senior years. It can also reduce your risk of diabetes, breast, colon and prostate cancer. Dairy products such as cheese, yogurt and my personal favourite, milk! will give you all the Vitamin D you need.
