I don't know about you, but I love when Thursday's come around. Why? because it's Health Tip Thursday of course! Haha lets see what what we're learning today.
Here are 3 Simple health tips
you can implement in your daily routine.
1) Relieve the itch with Oolong Tea
If you suffer from mild Eczema, try sipping some Oolong Tea 3x a day. Research shows that the compounds in Oolong Tea, primarily Polyphenols can actually calm the itching sensation in the body.
2) Calm your headache
Do you get frequent headaches? Here is a little trick. You can reduce the tension in your head by rubbing white flower oil or Tiger Balm or peppermint oil on the sides of your temple. Gently message your temple for 5-10 min. All 3 creams contain Menthol which helps calm the headache.
3) Don't be afraid of Ginger
It is no secret that the oils in Ginger have made it a remedy for chest and nasal congestion. They have been doing this for centuries so let me fill you in, incase you didn't know. Cut a inch piece of Ginger, grater it and fill with cup of boiling hot water, let it sit for 10min. Then strain it, also add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the water and anything else you feel can add some flavour.
