2) Memory Herb
Do you have a test coming up? or anything you need to remember urgently? Try taking a quick sniff of Rosemary. Science shows that the aroma in this herb can sharpen alertness and improve memory. If you don't have the herb try smelling rosemary oil right before a test and see what happens.
3) Dry eyes?
Do your eyes get dry in spring or summer time? Try eating more seafood. I personally love seafood! Seafood like Sardines, Salmon or mackerel contains super healthy fatty acid called Omega-3. This fatty acid does wonders for the body but in this case it helps moisten your eyes thus fighting off dry eye syndrome.
