Health Tip Thursday #22

Good morning. Let us jump right into this weeks Health Tip Thursday.

1) Eat more Avocados

Avocados have been proven to help dry skin. It contains vitamin E and tons of monounsaturated fat that are both ideal to maintain healthy skin. Here is a new twist try adding avocado bits to your sandwich.

2) An excuse to talk

Casual conversation with others helps to keep your mind sharp, just as well as a word puzzle.

studies reveal that even the minimum of 10minutes a day is enough to improve and preserve your mental health.

3) It's more than a bottle

Try this tip. Find a solid steel water bottle to drink out of everyday. Now that you have it on you try using to reveal pain in your feet and heal by gently stepping on it and rolling it back and forth with your foot. Do one foot at a time. This helps to relieve heel and foot arch pain.
