3 Simple Bedtime Tips


1) Don't go to bed with a Full or empty stomach

Try to have your last meal 2-3 hours prior to your bedtime, because it can be uncomfortable to fall asleep if your stuffed. You may experience a heavy feeling, or make you feel like you need to throw up whenever you lay down on a full stomach. Empty stomachs may make you feel to get up half way through the night to go much on something.

2) Bedtime Schedule

Condition your body to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. This will train your body to unwind and fall asleep when the time to do so has come around.

3) Get Comfortable

Set your room and bed up for appropriate sleeping conditions. Dim lights or turn them off. Turn off music or use earplugs for noises you can't control. Do not sleep with the TV or laptop on next to you. This will actually interrupt your sleep.
